We are delighted to announce that Paul Massara is joining Wilder Sensing as the Chair.
Paul brings a wealth of experience from senior executive roles in major companies and as an investor in climate related companies.
He is a NED with regulated experience across Europe and North America markets with
senior leadership experience in housing, energy and charity sectors focusing on operational
execution, digitalization and innovation.
Paul has 30+ years experience in the energy markets, serving on both the Executive Committees of Centrica Plc and RWE, when he was CEO of Npower, he has also worked with government, serving on the Committee on Fuel Poverty for 6 years. He spent 9 years in Canada, as President of Centrica Canadian Operations and became Chair of the Toronto Board of Trade and was voted Top 40 Under
40 in Canada.
He is an active investor in and mentor of, Climate-tech and Deep-tech AI businesses, including Habitat Energy, Breathe Battery Technologies, Robin AI, Isize technologies, Zeigo Energy. He also was a mentor and on the UK Advisory Board of Creative Destruction Lab based at Oxford University. He has also served on a number of charity boards including Opportunity International (Canada), Prison Fellowship (Canada) and Medicinema (UK).
